Mr. Avnish Sabharwal is the Managing Director of Accenture Ventures and Open Innovation in India, where he leads strategic investments and ecosystem partnerships to scale deep-tech startups globally. A visionary leader with over 33 years of experience, he is widely regarded as a “poster boy” for B2B Indian startups looking to globalise.

Beyond his corporate role, Avnish is a Member of the CII Startup Council and sits on the Advisory Board of the Israel Centre at IIM Bangalore. He is a passionate advocate for diversity, having established the Accenture Women Founders Fund to support women-led deep-tech ventures. A former officer in the Indian Army, he brings a unique discipline to corporate strategy and has been awarded the Most Innovative Corporate Leader Award multiple times.

Mr. Rohit Jhunjhunwala is a Financial Consultant, Angel Investment Analyst, and Business Coach based in Chennai. He holds an MBA in Finance and a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering. He has over seven years of professional experience in financial analysis, business analysis, credit appraisal, company valuation, and NBFC regulations. He has previously worked with leading financial institutions including JP Morgan Chase India, CARE Ratings, and BNY Mellon. He is a Registered Valuer (Securities and Financial Assets) with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and specializes in early-stage investment analysis, startup due diligence, financial forecasting, and Virtual CFO services. He is currently pursuing his PhD at IIT Madras, focusing on startups and finance.

Ravi Jain leads India investments for TDK Ventures, the corporate venture arm of TDK Corporation—a global leader in magnetics, sensors, electronic components, power electronics, and energy solutions.

A technology entrepreneur and business leader, Ravi has a proven track record of taking companies from 0 to 1 and driving innovation at scale. He most recently spearheaded the launch of Ola Krutrim, India’s pioneering AI unicorn, after heading strategy for Ola, India’s leading ride-sharing company and GTM for Ola Electric, India’s leading EV company which went public.

Earlier, Ravi founded GenY Medium, a marketing technology firm that enabled enterprises and funded startups across India and North America to achieve tech-led growth. He also served as Principal of Investments at VenturEast, focusing on early-growth healthtech and cleantech, where his portfolio delivered strong M&A outcomes.

Ravi began his career as a Scientist at Procter & Gamble’s Technology Development Centre in Kobe, Japan, deepening his expertise in technology and innovation. He holds an Engineering degree from IIT Bombay and an MBA from the Indian School of Business.

Mr. Aneesh Reddy is the Founder and CEO of Capillary Technologies, a BSE-listed global SaaS company. A visionary entrepreneur from IIT Kharagpur, he has been instrumental in redefining customer loyalty through artificial intelligence. Aneesh is a frequent mentor for upcoming SaaS startups and was named a "Forty Under 40" leader by both Fortune Magazine and The Economic Times. He holds the distinction of having founded one of India's most resilient technology enterprises.

Mr. M.D. Ramaswamy is a prominent Venture Capitalist and the former Managing Director of Dell India. With an academic foundation from IISc Bangalore, he has led some of India’s largest technology firms, including MphasiS (as CEO). He leverages his extensive background in global operations to advise startups on international scaling and sustainable business models.

Mr. Laxmikanth is a Managing Partner at Pavestone, a venture capital firm, with over 35 years of experience in Global Leadership in Business Strategy and Sales, Product and Technical Innovation, Mergers and Acquisitions.

As a pioneer of the Indian IT industry, over the last 15 years he has been the India MD and Member of the Global Executive Committee of Broadridge Financial Solutions. Prior to this, he established and grew India offices for Global Enterprises such as ADP, D.E. Shaw and Intergraph. He was a Member of the Investment Committee and an LP in Parampara Early-Stage Opportunities Fund. He is also part of the NASSCOM GCC Council.

He has extensive experience in building, deploying and supporting large scale Enterprise grade products in SAAS model for global clientele. Additionally, he has set up centers of excellence for AI/ML and Big Data and supported the innovation of Blockchain technology in India.
