1. Registration and Payment

• Registration will be confirmed only after successful receipt of the applicable registration fee
• Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
• Participants are advised to retain proof of payment for future reference

2. Presentation Guidelines

• Full Paper Presentations: 20 minutes (including discussion)
• Abstract Presentations: 15 minutes (including discussion)
• Pitch Deck Presentations: 20 minutes (including discussion)
• Poster Presentations: During scheduled Tea/Lunch break sessions
• Presenters are requested to strictly adhere to the allotted presentation time

3. Participation Requirement

• At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference
• Papers without presentation may not be considered for conference records
• If all the Authors of a Paper want to Participate in the conference, all the authors must register as Delegates

5. Certificates

• Certificates of presentation/participation will be issued only to registered participants who attend and present at the conference
• Co-authors will be issued certificates only upon completion of their individual registration
• Certificates will be issued during/after the Valedictory

6. Changes to the Programme Schedule

• The conference organisers reserve the right to modify the program schedule, speakers, or sessions if required due to unforeseen circumstances
